Day 6: Stillness and Rest in His Presence

“Father God, I need your rest today. Help to quiet my mind, still my soul and bask in your presence, Lord. Forgive me for choosing my to-do lists over you, and help me to make and keep you as the priority in my life. I pray I would seek you diligently and whole-heartedly. I pray that your peace wash over and fill me today as I press in to you. I ask you to speak to me now, as I sit in your presence. In Jesus’ name, amen.” (Sit with Him for a few minutes and listen).
